Freedom to move - 25 hour flow and myofascial release retreat in Goa with Prana Yoga Shala


One of the most important things for the health of your body is the health of your fascia. And yoga is a great way to target the fascia!

During this training - which will primarily center on inspiring practices of flow, stabilizing strength, quiet yin/restorative and myofascial release techniques with a couple of talks to tie it all together - you will get the tools to care for your fascia, also post-retreat. And as freedom in yoga is not only a physical but also a mental endeavour we’ll also dive into meditation and yoga philosophy.

If you're a yoga teacher, the training will offer inspiration to care for the fascial health of your students as in integrated part of your classes, but you don't have to teach in order to benefit from the training.

And most importantly... You'll get to spend a week by the beach in Goa at the end of February, which is pretty much the most magical time of the year in this stunning part of India, the birthplace of yoga.

Every morning we’ll start with a two-hour class of meditation and flow. As the week progresses, we’ll work our way through the body, and use what we’ve learned in one class to enjoy the flow of the next even more. Afternoon classes are 1,5 hours and will focus on myofascial release techniques, breath, some restorative poses, and a bit of theory. You’ll receive a manual by mail that presents some of the techniques and gives you and introduction to fascia.

We’ll round of our days with evening meditation and themes from yoga philosophy.

Morning flow classes and evening meditations are primarily taught by Ann-Charlotte

Afternoon classes are taught by Thor and Ann-Charlotte

Price for accommodation, yoga and meals:

8500 DKK pr. person for a single room (only a few available at this price, so book yours quickly).

7500 DKK pr. person for a shared room (the first to book will get the most spacious rooms).
